Pasta

What's in your pasta?
Flour, water, egg, salt, and fresh beetroot, carrot, or spinach. 100% natural colors. There is no added preservatives, wax, artificial coloring, nor artificial flavoring!
How long can I keep the pasta?
For dried pasta, you can keep it in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. It can keep longer in the freezer. To cook frozen pasta, do not thaw. Put it directly in boiling water. It will take slightly longer than 3 minutes.

Our fresh pasta can be kept refrigerated up to two weeks. Best consumed before that.

How long do I need to cook the pasta?
Our pasta takes 2 to 3 minutes to cook. You can read this for more detailed cooking instructions.

Pasta Sauce

How long can I keep the pasta sauce?
For pasta sauce, you can keep it in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. It can keep longer in the freezer but it is best to consume as soon as possible. Use a clean spoon to scoop the sauce.
Do I need to keep it refrigerated?
Yes.
What's in the pasta sauce?
The tomato based pasta sauce contains tomatoes, and English herbs. The carbonara sauce contains dairy and herbs.

Can you post your items?
Our sauces needs to be refrigerated, so we can’t post that. We can post our dried pasta. Contact us to order, and arrange postage.
